This site has been designed as a tool for Owners to keep informed of the ongoings of Gulfside Place. Please take a few moments to explore and familiarize yourself with the new design of the site. As an Owner, you will receive a member login and password which will allow you to access certain pages of this site that are restricted from the general public. (At this time we have no restricted information on the site and passwords have not yet been distributed.) When you do receive a password, please do not share this with anyone. At any time you may need assistance with the site, you may contact Nicolle in the office through the Contact Us section of this site.
Frequently Asked Questions is an extremly useful section that can readily answer many of the questions that we receive from Owners on a regular basis. Our Discussion Forum was created as a conveenient communication tool between owners, committee members, board members and administration. It is essentially an online "bulletin board" of posts. City of Sanibel News will provide you with the latest news from CALL, CASI and COSI and any other relevant City related news or articles that we may receive.
Can't find a copy of a Leasing Application? Are you having a family member visit who would like to fill out a Fitness Application? The Downloadable Forms page, which is currently under construction and will be available only to Owners by login, will allow you access to these and other handy documents at the click of your mouse. Additionally, all of your Board Meeting Minutes and correspondence will be readily available for download in the Board Meetings section. Finally, the section we hope we never have to use, but will be useful if we do - the Emergency Response section. In the event of any weather related emergency we will continually be posting the latest information here that we are receiving on a local level.
We are working on these sections and will be bringing to you as they are complete.
